The Panel has received an application from Yowie Group Ltd in relation to its affairs.  Yowie is currently the subject of an off-market scrip takeover bid by Aurora Funds Management Limited as responsible entity of the Aurora Dividend Income Trust.

The Panel has declined to conduct proceedings on an application dated 8 July 2019 from Kiwi Holdco CayCo, Ltd, as the group holding company of the FNZ Group, in relation to the affairs of GBST Holdings Limited (ASX: GBT).

The Panel has declined to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in response to an application dated 18 June 2019 from Aurora Funds Management Limited in relation to the affairs of the Aurora Absolute Return Fund.

The fee payable for Panel applications is listed in Schedule 1 of the Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2001 (Cth) as amended.

The Panel has received an application from Aurora Funds Management Limited (Aurora) in relation to the affairs of the Aurora Absolute Return Fund (ASX code: ABW). 

Ms Tania Mattei has been appointed as Counsel to succeed Mr Bruce Dyer who finished with the Panel at the end of April 2019 to pursue other directions.
