  1. The Panel, Alex Cartel, Elizabeth Hallett (sitting President) and Rebecca Maslen-Stannage, declined to conduct proceedings on an application by Lepidico Limited in relation to its affairs. Lepidico was the subject of an off-market takeover bid by Lithium Australia NL. The application concerned statements made by Lithium in announcements relating to Lithium's proprietary SileachTM process, which Lepidico submitted were misleading.

Lepidico was the subject of an off-market takeover bid by Lithium Australia NL. The application concerned a report prepared by Leadenhall Corporate Advisory Pty Ltd reviewing the independent expert's report included in Lepidico's target's statement.

The fees payable for Panel applications are indexed each year from 1 July based on any increase in the Consumer Price Index, pursuant to the Corporations (Fees) Act 2001 (Cth) and Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2001 (Cth).

The Panel, Kelvin Barry, Sarah Dulhunty (sitting President) and Nicola Wakefield Evans, declined to conduct proceedings on an application by Ao-Zhong International Mineral Resources Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Globe Metals & Mining Limited. The application concerned circumstances surrounding the passing of certain resolutions at the annual general meeting of Globe held on 18 November 2013.
