The Panel has received two applications seeking a review of the Panel’s decision to make orders in relation to the affairs of Keybridge Capital Limited (Keybridge) in Keybridge Capital Limited 04, 05 and 06 (see TP20/24), namely:
- an application from Keybridge (Keybridge Capital Limited 09R) and
- an application from WAM Active Limited (Keybridge Capital Limited 10R).
These applications are in addition to the application received from Aurora Funds Management Limited as responsible entity for Aurora Dividend Income Trust, HHY Fund and Aurora Fortitude Absolute Return Funds seeking a review of the Panel’s decision to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances and orders in relation to the affairs of Keybridge (see TP20/25).
In relation to each of Keybridge Capital Limtied 09R and Keybridge Capital Limited 10R, a review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of either review application.
