The review Panel has consented to requests by each of John Bridgeman Limited (JBL), Benjamin Hornigold Limited (BHD) and Henry Morgan Limited (HML) to withdraw its review application.

The Panel has received an application from Flinders Mines Limited seeking a review of the Panel's decision to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in Flinders Mines Limited 02 & 03.

The Panel has declined to conduct proceedings on an application dated 1 February 2019 from JPC International Pty Ltd and Romell Pty Ltd as trustee for Romell Trust in relation to the affairs of Nimrod Resources Ltd.

The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to an application dated 10 January 2019 by Mr Brendan Dunstan and an application dated 11 January 2019 by OCJ Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Flinders Mines Limited.

The Panel has received an application from Pura Vida Energy NL in relation to the affairs of Factor Therapeutics Limited.
