The Panel has considered the application by Mr Robert Catto dated 22 July 2004 alleging unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Lake Technology Limited.
The Panel announces that on 3 August 2004, it received an application (the Application) from CaptiveVision Capital Limited (CVC) for review of the decision made by the sitting Panel in the Skywest 03 proceeding.

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision to consent to the application from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) dated 9 July 2004 alleging unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of The Gribbles Group Limited being withdrawn.
