Following the Panel’s media release TP04/21, released on 12 March 2004, regarding the application from Mr Gregory Bright in relation to the current Rights Offer of InvestorInfo Limited (INV), the Panel advises that it has decided to conduct a proceeding with respect to Mr Bright’s application.
The Panel reiterates that it has not received submissions from the other parties to the application and it is unaware of their views at this stage.
The Panel has made no decision regarding interim orders that would affect the period for trading of rights and the period for applications to be received under the INV Rights Offer.
In determining whether or not any interim or final orders should be made in relation to the application, the Panel will consider the effect of any proposed orders, including their potential to effect applicants under the INV Rights Offer.
