Molopo Energy Limited 05R – Panel Receives Review Application of Orders

The Panel has received an application from Aurora Funds Management Limited seeking a review of the Panel’s decision on orders in Molopo Energy Limited 01 & 02 (see TP17/29).

A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made as to whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the application.
