Molopo Energy Limited 03R, 04R & 05R – Application for Judicial Review

The Panel has been served with a Federal Court application dated 8 September 2017 for judicial review of the Panel's decision in Molopo Energy Limited 03R, 04R & 05R [2017] ATP 12 (see TP17/34 and TP17/37). The application, made under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cth) and section 39B of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth), is by Aurora Funds Management Limited.¹
