Wattyl Limited - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel (the Panel) has today published the reason for its decision in relation to an application from AEP Financial Investments Pty Ltd dated 1 April 2006 (see TP06/22).

The sitting Panel which considered the Wattyl application were Kathleen Farrell (sitting President), Meredith Hellicar and Alice McCleary.
