The Panel President has accepted undertakings from Yancoal Australia Limited in relation to the applications by (i) Senrigan Capital Management Ltd and Mr Taylor dated 8 August 2017 (see TP17/40) and (ii) Mt Vincent Holdings Pty Ltd and Osendo Pty Ltd (Noble Group) dated 9 August 2017 (see TP17/41).
Yancoal has undertaken in respect of each application not to process applications under the entitlement offer announced on 1 August 2017 until the earliest of 5pm (Melbourne time) 18 August 2017, an order of the Panel otherwise preventing processing and the determination of the proceedings.
A copy of the undertakings is attached (Attachments A and B).
