Following the release of further information to the market, the Panel has declined to conduct proceedings on an application dated 9 January 2015 from KBL Mining Limited in relation to its affairs.
The President of the Panel, Vickki McFadden, declined to consent to a review application being made in response to the initial Panel declining to conduct proceedings in Careers Australia Group Limited 03 [2015] ATP 1.

The Panel today published the reasons for the President's decision declining to consent to a review from the decision of the sitting Panel in Careers Australia Group Limited 03.
The Panel, John M Green, Francesca Lee and Laurie Shervington (sitting President), declined to conduct proceedings on an application by Wayburn Holdings Pty Ltd and others. The essence of the application is that, in relation to a bid that closed in July 2013, Cirrus and two of its nominee directors made statements in the bidder’s statement and target’s statement which presented a negative view of the prospects of Careers Australia Group Limited when they reasonably ought to have known otherwise.
The President has consented to a request by Australian Securities and Investments Commission to withdraw its application to the Panel dated 12 January 2015 in relation to the affairs of PAYCE Consolidated Limited.
The Panel today published the reasons for its decision on an application dated 23 December 2014 from Jiggi Investments Pty Ltd and others in relation to the affairs of Careers Australia Group Limited.
The President of the Panel has made interim orders in response to an application for interim orders dated 12 January 2015 by ASIC in relation to the affairs of PAYCE Consolidated Limited.
The Panel has received an application from Jiggi Investments Pty Ltd and others seeking the President’s consent to a review of the Panel’s decision in Careers Australia Group Limited 03.
