The Takeovers Panel today released a Consultation Paper seeking public comment in relation to a draft revised Guidance Note 4 on Remedies General.
The draft updates the Guidance Note and clarifies that parties have the opportunity, at any point during the Panel's process, to offer a resolution of the unacceptable circumstances prior to the Panel making a declaration and orders.
The Panel seeks comments from interested persons on the draft Guidance Note by 10 April 2015. Comments should be emailed to takeovers@takeovers.gov.au.
