The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision not to commence proceedings in relation to the application by Mr Robert Catto dated 22 July 2004 alleging unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Lake Technology Limited.

The Panel has made interim orders with respect to the review application by CaptiveVision Capital Limited concerning the off-market takeover bid (the Bid) by CVC for all the fully paid ordinary shares in Skywest Limited.

The Panel has considered the application by Mr Robert Catto dated 22 July 2004 alleging unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Lake Technology Limited.

The Panel announces that on 3 August 2004, it received an application (the Application) from CaptiveVision Capital Limited (CVC) for review of the decision made by the sitting Panel in the Skywest 03 proceeding.

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision not to commence proceedings in relation to the application by Gerald Francis Pauley and Gordon Bradley Elkington dated 12 July 2004 alleging unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Kaefer Technologies Limited (Administrators appointed).

The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances and final orders in relation to the Skywest Limited 03 proceeding with the effect of stopping the off-market takeover bid by CaptiveVision Capital Limited (CVC) for all of the issued shares in Skywest Limited and allowing Skywest security holders who sold their securities to CVC after 1 December 2003 to cancel those sales.
