Gloucester Coal Limited 01R - Review Applications

The Takeovers Panel has received applications from Gloucester Coal Limited and Whitehaven Coal Limited seeking a review of the Panel's decision in Gloucester Coal Limited 01 (see TP09/22).

A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made as to whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the review applications.
