Consolidated Minerals Limited 03R - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 1 November 2007 from Pallinghurst Resources Australia Limited for review of the decision by the sitting Panel in the Consolidated Minerals Limited 03 proceedings (see TP07/85).
