Rinker Group Limited 02 - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated Wednesday, 13 June 2007 from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, concerning an off-market takeover bid by CEMEX Australia Pty Ltd for Rinker Group Limited.
