Golden West Resources Limited 04R - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision on an application dated 14 February 2008 from Falak Holding LLC, for a review of the decision of the sitting Panel dated 12 February 2008 in relation to the affairs of Golden West Resources Limited.
