Allegiance Mining NL - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel today published its reasons for decision on an application dated 11 February 2008 from Allegiance Mining NL (Allegiance), in relation to the affairs of Allegiance. Allegiance is the subject of an off-market, cash takeover bid by Zinifex Australia Limited.
