The Panel made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances and final orders on 7 November 2013 in response to an application dated 23 October 2013 by Sasser Family Holdings, Inc in relation to the affairs of STI-Global Limited (see TP13/54).
In response to a request by STI-Global, the Panel has varied the orders (Annexure) such that the latest date by which STI-Global must hold its shareholders' meeting is now 16 December 2013. The original orders specified 10 December 2013 as the latest date for the meeting, as requested by STI-Global at the time.
