Ludowici Limited 01R(b) - Panel Receives Additional Review Application

The Panel has received an application from FLSmidth & Co A/S seeking a review of the Panel's decision in Ludowici Limited (TP12/09). On 29 February 2012, the Panel received an application from The Weir Group PLC seeking a review of the same decision (TP12/11).

A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made whether to conduct proceedings or whether the two reviews should be heard together. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the application.
