Ross Human Directions Ltd 01R – Panel Application Withdrawn

The Panel has consented to a request by Corom Pty Ltd to withdraw its review application to the Panel dated 10 September 2010 in relation to the affairs of Ross Human Directions Ltd (TP10/51). The application sought a review of the Panel's decision in Ross Human Directions Ltd (TP10/50).

The review Panel is satisfied that it is not against the public interest to consent to the applicant withdrawing its application.

The review Panel appointed to consider this matter was John Keeves, Norman O'Bryan AM SC (sitting President) and Peter Scott.
