Arrow Taxi Services Limited 02 - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated Tuesday, 1 May 2007 from Arrow Taxi Services Limited, in relation to a proposed takeover bid by Kangaroo Petroleum Co. Pty Limited.
