Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited 02 - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 5 April 2007 from Lionsgate Australia Pty Ltd concerning its takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited (see TP07/14).
