Patrick Corporation Limited 02 - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel (the Panel) has today published its reasons for decision in relation to an application from Patrick Corporation Limited (Patrick) in relation to a variation of the takeover offer from Toll Holdings Limited (Toll) lodged on 22 March 2006 (see TP06/28).
