The Takeovers Panel (the Panel) has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to the application from Skywest Limited (Skywest) dated 11 October 2004 regarding CaptiveVision Capital Limited’s (CaptiveVision) takeover bid for Skywest ordinary shares.
The application was announced on 11 October 2004, in Panel media release TP04/91. The Panel’s decision was announced on 27 October 2004 in Panel media release TP04/101. These releases are available on the Panel’s website at: Media Releases.
