The Panel has received an application from Corom Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Ross Human Directions Ltd.

The Panel has consented to a request by Perizia Investments Pty Ltd and Kapiri Holdings Pty Ltd to withdraw their application to the Panel dated 23 July 2010, in relation to the affairs of Mamba Minerals Limited.

An application dated 23 July 2010 was made by Conquest Mining Limited in relation to the affairs of North Queensland Metals Limited.

Mamba Minerals Limited has provided an undertaking in lieu of the Panel making interim orders in response to an application from Perizia Investments Pty Ltd and Kapiri Holdings Pty Ltd dated 23 July 2010.

The Panel has received an application from Victorworth Proprietary Limited, an 11.15% shareholder in Cordlife Limited, in relation to the affairs of Cordlife.
