Tully Sugar Limited 01R – Panel Receives Review Application

The Takeovers Panel has received an application from The Maryborough Sugar Factory Limited seeking a review of the Panel's decision in Tully Sugar Limited (see TP09/94). The President has consented to the review application.

A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made as to whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the review application.
