The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances (Annexure A) and final orders (Annexure B) in relation to an application dated 11 May 2011 by Wellington Capital Limited as responsible entity for the Premium Income Fund (PIF) in relation to the affairs of PIF.

The Panel has accepted a further undertaking from Mintails Limited in relation to the application dated 17 May 2011 by Mr Seager Rex Harbour (see TP11/35).

The Panel today published the reasons for its decision on an application dated 3 May 2011 from Bellwether Investments Pty Ltd and Mr Jim Craig in relation to the affairs of Bentley Capital Limited.

The Panel has accepted an undertaking from Wellington Capital Limited as Responsible Entity of the Premium Income Fund (PIF) in relation to the application dated 11 May 2011 by Wellington in relation to the affairs of PIF (see TP 11/34).

The Panel has accepted undertakings from QMS Asia Pacific Outdoor Pte Ltd (QMS) and William Shaw Capital Pty Ltd (WSC) (see annexures A and B) and declined to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in response to an application dated 4 May 2011 from oOh!media Group Limited in relation to its affairs (see TP 11/32).

The Panel has accepted a further undertaking from Mintails Limited in relation to the application dated 17 May 2011 by Mr Seager Rex Harbour (Application) (see TP11/35).  The President previously accepted an undertaking from Mintails in relation to the Application on 18 May 2011 which is due to expire on 27 May 2011 (see TP11/36).  The further undertaking essentially extends the expiry date to 3 June 2011.

The Panel has received an application dated 24 May 2011 from Bellwether Investments Pty Ltd and Mr Jim Craig seeking a review of the Panel's decision in Bentley Capital Limited (TP11/38).

The Panel has made interim orders1 in response to an application dated 11 May 2011 by Wellington Capital Limited as responsible entity for the Premium Income Fund (PIF) in relation to the affairs of PIF.
