The Panel has received an application from Ida Metal Investments Pty Ltd seeking a review of the initial Panel’s decision to make orders in Zenith Minerals Limited 01 & 02 (see TP26/067). The application includes a request for interim orders to the same effect as the interim orders made by the initial Panel on 6 September 2026 (see TP26/064).
The application will be heard by the same review Panel that is considering the application from Forrestania Resources Limited for a review of the initial Panel’s decision to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in Zenith Minerals Limited 01 & 02 (TP26/062).
The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the application.
