Humm Group Limited 02R & 03R – Application for Judicial Review

The Panel has been served with an application dated 6 May 2026 for judicial review of the review Panel’s decisions in Humm Group Limited 02R & 03R to vary the declaration of unacceptable circumstances made by the initial Panel in Humm Group Limited (see TP26/021) and to set aside the orders made by the initial Panel and substitute new orders (see TP26/023).

The application was made in the original jurisdiction of the High Court by Mr Andrew Abercrombie and The Abercrombie Group Pty Ltd as trustee for The Philadelphia Trust. The matter has now been remitted to the Federal Court.
