Document download

The Panel has received an application from Mr Andrew Abercrombie seeking a review of the Panel’s decision to make orders in Humm Group Limited (see TP26/017).

This application will be heard by the same review Panel that is considering Mr Abercrombie’s application for a review of the initial Panel’s decision to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in Humm Group Limited (see TP26/012).

The review Panel makes no comment on the merits of the application.

To preserve the status quo pending the review Panel’s consideration of the review application, the review Panel has made interim orders staying the orders made by the initial Panel.

This means that the orders made by the initial Panel will not take effect until the earliest of:

  • further order of the review Panel
  • determination of the proceedings and
  • 2 months from the date of the interim orders.

A copy of the interim orders is attached.
