FKP Limited Bid for Forest Place Group Limited: Correction

The Panel wishes to correct its announcement earlier today regarding the application from Messrs Peter and John O’Shea in relation to Forest Place Group Limited (FPG).

That announcement said that FKP Limited had entered into a Pre-Bid Agreement with two directors of FPG regarding termination of agreements between companies associated with those directors and FPG, but erroneously named Mr Ian Fraser as one of those directors. In fact, the Pre-Bid Agreement is with Messrs Francis Withey and Raymond Munro. Mr Ian Fraser signed the Pre-Bid Agreement on behalf of FPG itself.
