Qantas Airways Limited 02 - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 5 May 2007 from Airline Partners Australia Limited relating to its offer for all the shares in Qantas Airways Limited (see TP07/23).
