Dromana Estate Limited 01 and 01R - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel (the Panel) has today published the reasons for its decisions in relation to the Dromana Estate Limited 01 and Dromana Estate 01R review applications.

Details of the Panel's decisions in relation to these applications can be found on the Panel's website under Media Releases.

The sitting Panel which considered the Dromana 01 application was Robyn Ahern, Chris Photakis and Nerolie Withnall (sitting President) and the sitting Panel which considered the Dromana 01 R review application was Byron Koster, Marian Micalizzi (sitting President) and Robyn Pak-Poy.
