The Takeovers Panel has today published a revised Guidance Note 4 (GN 4) on Remedies General. This is the seventh issue of the guidance note.
The Panel issued a consultation paper in relation to proposed amendments to GN 4 on 15 December 2025. The Panel received one submission in response.
The Panel’s Public Consultation Response Statement in relation to GN 4 detailing material comments received on consultation and the Panel’s responses, as well as a copy of the submission received, are available in the Consultations section of the Panel’s website .
The Panel thanks the GN 41 sub-committee for their assistance in developing the revised guidance note.
