Maronan Metals Limited 02 – Panel Application Withdrawn

The Panel has consented to a request from Mr Benjamin Pauley to withdraw his application to the Panel dated 27 October 2025 in relation to the affairs of Maronan Metals Limited (ASX: MMA) (Maronan) (see TP25/092).

The Panel is satisfied that it is not against the public interest to consent to the applicant withdrawing his application. The Panel does not propose to publish reasons in relation to this matter.

The sitting Panel appointed to consider this matter was Yasmin Allen (sitting President), Kristen Jung and Sarah Rennie.
