The Agency Group Australia Limited 03R - Panel Receives Review Application

The Panel has received an application from Magnolia Equities III Pty Ltd seeking a review in respect of its application dated 16 December 2020 in relation to the affairs of The Agency Group Australia Limited (see TP 20/87).

A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the application.
