The Panel has declined to conduct proceedings on an application dated 11 September 2019 from Bentley Capital Limited and Messrs William Johnson, Simon Cato and Farooq Khan in relation to the affairs of Keybridge Capital Limited (see TP19/52).
The Panel considered that the application raised several matters that, if established, would be of concern.
However, in the unusual circumstances of this matter, the Panel concluded there was no reasonable prospect that it would be in the public interest to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances. Accordingly, the Panel declined to conduct proceedings.
The sitting Panel was Amy Alston, Marissa Freund and Bruce McLennan (sitting President).
The Panel will publish its reasons for the decision in due course on the Takeovers website.
