Flinders Mines Limited 04R - Panel Application Withdrawn

The Panel has consented to a request by Flinders Mines Limited to withdraw its review application (see TP 19/11).

The Panel is satisfied that it is not against the public interest to consent to the applicant withdrawing its application.

The sitting Panel appointed to consider this matter was Karen Evans-Cullen (sitting President), John O’Sullivan and Tara Page.
