Yancoal Australia Limited 04R - Panel Receives Review Application

The Panel has received an application from Senrigan Capital Management Ltd and Mr Nicholas R. Taylor seeking a review of the Panel's decision in Yancoal Australia Limited 02 & 03 (see TP17/44) in relation to Senrigan and Mr Taylor's initial application.

A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the application.

The President has consented to the review application being made.¹
