Appointment of Panel Members

The Takeovers Panel notes the announcement by the Minister for Revenue and Financial Services of the reappointment of Mr Robert McKenzie and the appointment of Ms Tara Page to the Panel, for terms finishing on 22 March 2020.

Mr McKenzie is a company director and former partner of Jackson McDonald and Clayton Utz.

Ms Page is a partner at Thomson Geer in Adelaide practising in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raising, joint ventures and transaction financing.

The Panel Executive congratulates Mr McKenzie and Ms Page on their appointment to the Panel.
