Panel Upgrades Website and Withdraws Guidance Notes 3 and 10

The Takeovers Panel today upgraded its website.  The website includes information on making rules and public consultation that was previously contained in Guidance Note 3 Making Rules and Guidance Note 10 Public Consultation.  These Guidance Notes have therefore been withdrawn.

The former Guidance Note 3 and Guidance Note 10 will remain on the Panel's website under Guidance Notes: Superseded.
