Bowen Energy Limited 02R – Panel Receives Review Application

The Panel has received an application from Macrae Holdings (WA) Pty Ltd seeking a review of the Panel's decision in Bowen Energy Limited 02 (see TP09/60). The President has consented to the review application.

A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made as to whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the review application.
