Takeovers Panel Publishes Revised Guidance Note 11

The Takeovers Panel today published a revised version of its Guidance Notes 11 (Conflicts of Interest).

The Panel did not publish a draft of the Guidance Note for comment because the changes involve simplification of the drafting and correction of inconsistencies rather than major changes of policy. It is part of the Panel's planned process of reviewing the currency and consistency of its Guidance Notes.

While it was not published as a draft, the Panel still welcomes comments on the revised Guidance Note.
