GoldLink GrowthPlus Limited - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 14 October 2007 from Gulf Resources Limited in relation to the affairs of GoldLink GrowthPlus Limited.

The Panel declined to commence proceedings. Details of the Panel's decision can be found in TP07/80.
