Rinker Group Limited 02R - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published its reasons for decision in the review application by CEMEX Australia Pty Ltd of the decision made by the initial Panel in the Rinker Group Limited 02 proceedings (see TP07/49).

The sitting Panel for the review proceedings was Elizabeth Alexander AM, Simon McKeon (sitting President) and John O'Sullivan.
