Qantas Airways Limited 02R - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 6 May 2007 from Qantas Airways Limited for review of the decision made by the sitting Panel in the Qantas Airways Limited 02 proceedings (see TP07/24). Details of the Review Panel's decision were also noted in this media release.

The sitting Panel for these proceedings were Stephen Creese (sitting President), John O'Sullivan and Chris Photakis.
