Tower Software Engeering Pty Ltd 01 - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel (Panel) has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 25 May 2006 from Mr Berend Hoff (see TP06/56).

Details of the Panel's decision were announced on 15 June 2006 (TP06/61) and on 1 September 2006 (TP06/80).

The sitting Panel which considered the application was Kevin McCann (sitting President), Norman O'Bryan and Chris Photakis.
