Takeovers Panel Publishes Revised Guidance Note on Correction of Takeover Documents

The Takeovers Panel advises that it has today published a revised version of its Guidance Note on Correction of Takeover Documents.

The Panel did not receive any comments in relation to the revised version of the Guidance Note while it was available for public comment (TP05/73).

A copy of the revised Guidance Note 16 is available on the Panel's website: Guidance Notes. A copy of the revised Guidance Note showing changes from the superseded version will be published on the Panel's website to assist the market.
