Panel Counsel

The Takeovers Panel advises that it is pleased to have appointed Mr Alan Shaw to act as the Panel's Counsel, while the Panel's permanent Counsel, Mr George Durbridge, is on leave for a month.

Mr Shaw has an extensive legal and regulatory background having worked for the NCSC, ASX and the Singapore Stock Exchange as well as a range of other regulatory consulting roles and a period of time at the Victorian Bar.

Mr Durbridge returns in late March.
